RESERVATIONS. We recommend booking as soon as possible to ensure your preferred treatments are available. You can make your reservations through our website, by phone, or directly in our SPA.
GROUP BOOKINGS. Groups of 4 people or more must be confirmed two weeks in advance by sending a 50% prepayment of the reserved treatments.
CANCELLATIONS. We require 24 hours advance notice before the scheduled appointment. For groups, we require 7-days advance notice to avoid a full treatment charge.
OPENING HOURS. Our Spa is open from Monday to Saturday from 10 AM to 9 PM and on Sunday from 2 PM to 9 PM. If you require service outside of these hours, please contact our spa concierge.
PRICES. All our prices are in MXN and are subject to change without further notice. Quotes offered in other currencies are estimates and may vary depending on the exchange rate of the day of service.
GRATUITIES. Gratuities or tips are welcomed and appreciated but not expected.
PAYMENT METHODS. All treatments can be paid for in cash, with a debit or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Quinto Elemento Spa Tulum Gift Certificate, or room charge for Motto by HILTON and HOTEL INDIGO guests. It is recommended to book in advance.
ARRIVAL TIMES. We invite you to arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment. Arriving late may interfere with your treatment time and effectiveness. If the client arrives late, he/she will be responsible for the full payment of the service and agree to finish at the reserved time, out of respect for our other clients. The duration of our treatments and services are not extended based on arrival times. Thank you very much for your kind understanding.
PHYSICAL AND HEALTH CONDITIONS. We strongly recommend avoiding treatments immediately after eating. Shaving before an exfoliation treatment and tanning before spa treatments should be avoided. When making your reservation, please inform us of any physical conditions, pregnancy, high blood pressure, diabetes, allergies, etc.
PREGNANCY. If you are a mom-to-be, we care about both your integrity and that of your baby; that's why we invite you to ask for advice on which treatments are most suitable for this beautiful phase of life.
CLINICAL FILE. To protect your physical integrity, please help us by arriving prior to your appointment to complete your clinical registration. This file allows us to learn more about your current health, allergies, injuries, or chronic conditions to ensure we provide you with an experience that suits your needs.
BASIC SPA RULES. We aim to create an environment of relaxation and tranquility, to achieve this, please limit the use of mobile phones, put them in silent mode, and keep a low tone of voice.
FOOD & DRINKS. For your safety and ours, we would like to remind you that the consumption of food and alcoholic beverages is not permitted. The spa reserves the right to admit anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
LOCKERS. We provide our customers with a locker to store personal items. Each locker contains clean spa robes and sanitized sandals for use in the facilities.
VALUABLES. Avoid bringing jewelry and/or valuable items such as laptops, tablets, iPads, video games, etc. as their use is not allowed in our spa. The use of the spa areas is shared by all our customers, and therefore the spa is not responsible for forgotten or lost valuables.
BEHAVIOR. We ask all our customers to show morally appropriate behavior in the spa, otherwise, we may consider it necessary to end the treatment regardless of the agreed time. If asked to leave, you must pay the amount of the treatment in full at the spa reception.
CLIENT SATISFACTION. At Quinto Elemento Spa, we go to great lengths to provide exceptional service with quality products. However, if for any reason you feel that we have not met your expectations, we encourage you to address your concerns with our management team to evaluate the situation and offer you an alternative solution.
Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds for completed services but are happy to negotiate other forms of compensation if we shall consider them necessary.
PARKING. All spa visitors have free access to Hunab Lifestyle Center's underground parking.
